Reservation Deposit and Payment Terms

At the time of booking, the customer will receive an invoice from Go Play Mobile Arcade for a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100 which is applied towards the total price for the reservation of the event. Events booked online/email are for events ( Generally 15-20 participants). These pricing packages are not valid for larger groups or public events. If you are interested in discussing options for a large event please contact us directly so we can assure that we are able to provide you and your guests with an exceptional Mobile Arcade experience. (By paying the deposit you agree to our terms and rules.)

The customer agrees to pay the remaining balance 5 days before the date of the event. Go Play Mobile Arcade will send an additional invoice requesting the balance of the funds due for the event. The balance must be paid in full before GPMA arrives at your location.

If additional gaming time is requested and available on the day of the event, payment will be accepted by Credit/Debit Card via Square or Exact Cash.

There is an additional charge for miles traveled outside of the 20-mile radius of Ponchatoula. $10 per 10 mile increments, rounded up. If applicable, it will be sent in a separate invoice. See our FAQ for details.

Cancellation Policy

Because people often book parties in advance, customers recognize that times reserved are in short supply and are first come first served. Therefore should a customer request a cancellation less than 14 days of the event, or the customer is a no-show for the event, the full remaining balance of the invoice will be due and will be charged to the card used for the deposit. The customer authorizes Go Play Mobile Arcade to charge the remaining invoice balance under these terms, unless the customer cancels 14 days prior to the event and is approved by us. *Remember Deposits are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Go Play Mobile Arcade will make every reasonable attempt to deliver an event. Forecast of bad weather is not an exception to the cancellation policy. However, if an event is affected by unsafe weather: (tornado warnings, high winds, unsafe roads, or flooding and any signs that lighting/thunder close by poses a threat to the trailer, operators, or guest), Go Play Mobile Arcade reserves the right to reschedule your event at a later date and time even after event has started. No refunds will be issued for this rescheduling, but we will reschedule at the next available time.

Parking and Set Up Policy

Prior to arrival please allocate 60 feet (approximately 5-6 parking spaces) for the arcade trailer to park on the curb, that is free of hazards and foot traffic. To avoid damage to customer and Go Play Mobile Arcade property, we reserve the right to refuse to pull a game trailer onto customers property or driveway at any time. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time. We may arrive 10-30 mins before the booked event and prefer to park in front of the home at the curb like any landscaper trailer setup. We will verify at booking the address and setup will work.

NO DIRT ROADS – ONLY PAVEMENT (HEAVY TRAILER CAN GET STUCK).

NO TIGHT PARKING LOTS LIKE APARTMENT BUILDINGS WITH LOTS OF CARS or ANY AREAS THAT WILL RESTRICT TRUCK AND TRAILER FROM MOVING AND TURNING AROUND.

NO BUSY HIGHWAYS

MUST BE NEAR LEVEL OR LEVEL GROUND/STREET (no steep hills or steep driveways)
